VENDOR INFORMATION
INDOOR
Early Bird Discount is available until February 15, 2024 (payment must be received by our office on or before this date to qualify)
Ingress will be on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, July 19th, 2024 9:00 am to noon. No vehicles will be permitted on the Fair Grounds on Friday morning, access to the building will be from the East side Concession Parking Lot. Please register at the Fair Office prior to setting up. The office is located across from the south end of the grandstand. Your exhibitor package containing one vehicle pass, will be available upon registration. Additional Parking Passes are available for $50.00/parking pass. Concessionaire parking on the grounds is available only on the EAST Side of the Multiplex on a first come first served basis.
Two chairs, 1 table as well as backdrop will be provided to indoor exhibitors.
Egress will begin on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. No vehicles will be permitted on the fair grounds before 5:30 pm. Early dismantling of booth will result in privileges being cancelled for future years.

OUTDOOR

Please register at the Fair Office prior to setting up. The office is located across from the south end of the grandstand.
