Vendor Update – 2025 Event
Both Indoor and Outdoor vendor spaces for the 2025 event are now sold out.
All applications received after April 7, 2025 will be placed on a waiting list in the event of any cancellations.

Thank you for considering being a vendor at the 60th Manitoba Stampede & Exhibition. Please see below for the Indoor and Outdoor Vendor Information as well as applications. Please note that applications will be reviewed by the committee on the first business day of the week. Any applications that are submitted after 9:00 am on that day will be reviewed the following week. Once the application is submitted, the office will be notified.
*Please have a photo of your set up ready to upload to the form.
Indoor Concession Application
Ingress will be on Thursday, July 17th, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, July 20th, 2025, 9:00 am to noon. No vehicles will be permitted on the Fair Grounds on Friday morning, access to the building will be from the East side Concession Parking Lot. Please register at the Multiplex prior to setting up. Your exhibitor package containing one vehicle pass will be available upon registration.
Two chairs and 1 table will be provided to indoor exhibitors unless otherwise indicated.

Friday, July 18, 2025 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 19, 2025 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 20, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Outdoor Concession Application
Ingress will be by appointment on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, July 19, 2025, 8:30 am to 10:00 am for Tents and Canopy’s ONLY. Please register at the Fair Office prior to setting up. The office is located across from the south end of the grandstand. Your exhibitor package containing one vehicle pass will be available upon registration.
Outdoor Exhibitor Hours
Friday, July 18, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 19, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 20, 2025 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
*It will be at the Exhibitor’s discretion if you wish to open earlier and/or to remain open later than the contracted hours.
