2026 Manitoba Stampede & Exhibition Concession Application
Thank you for considering being a vendor at the 61st Manitoba Stampede & Exhibition. Please see below for the Indoor and Outdoor Vendor Information. Please note that applications will be reviewed by the committee on the first business day of the week. Any applications that are submitted after 9:00 am on that day will be reviewed the following week. Once the application is submitted, the office will be notified.

INDOOR CONCESSION
Ingress will be on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, July 17th, 2026, 9:00 am to noon. No vehicles will be permitted on the Fair Grounds on Friday morning, access to the building will be from the East side Concession Parking Lot. Please register at the Multiplex prior to setting up. Your concessionaire package containing one vehicle pass will be available upon registration.
Two chairs and one table will be provided unless otherwise indicated.
Indoor Exhibitor Hours
Friday, July 17, 2026 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 18, 2026 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 19, 2026 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
OUTDOOR CONCESSION
Ingress will be by appointment on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm, Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, July 18, 2026, 8:30 am to 10:00 am for Tents and Canopy’s ONLY. Please register with the committee onsite prior to setting up. Your concessionaire package containing one vehicle pass will be available upon registration.
Outdoor Exhibitor Hours
Friday, July 17, 2026 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 18, 2026 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 19, 2026 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
*It will be at the Concessionaire’s discretion if you wish to open earlier and/or to remain open later than the contracted hours.
